About Stefanie Foster

The combination of learning about real estate at a young age, being an avid market watcher and living in Southwest Washington her entire life has fueled Stefanie's passion for helping clients buy and sell homes. Stefanie loves what she does, and it shows in her dedication to her clients. She grew up in Battle Ground, Washington and graduated from Battle Ground High School. She later went on to attend Oregon State University where she received a bachelor's degree in merchandising management.

Stefanie has excellent knowledge on neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyles of each area of Clark County. Stefanie prides herself on taking care of the client before, during and long after the transaction. Stefanie specializes in first time home buyers, investment properties including Airbnb, listing your home, and advice on updates/remodeling that will get the most return on your investment. Stefanie has been married for 12 years and is the mother of two beautiful children. Stefanie and her husband are on their third remodel in the Vancouver area. You can find her in Felida where she is working on the current remodel of a 1978 ranch, at Mahoney's Public House or volunteering at Felida Elementary.
