About Jennifer Bentele-Edwards

Jennifer is a 3rd generation Washington native ‐ born in Ridgefield and raised in Battle Ground. She moved to Alaska with her family in her teenage years where she graduated from a rural high school and then completed her degree at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. She moved back to Washington in 2019 with her husband to assist in the full-time care of her grandmother. She joined our Dunning + Associates team in early 2022 (the same year she became a first-time homeowner)!

Her background as a project biller and scheduler with an Alaskan HVAC company is an asset to our clients as she is familiar with coordinating contractor repairs. Her role as Transaction Coordinator brings her a lot of joy as she enjoys contract management and the detail work that comes with it (such as tracking timelines, answering contract questions, and assisting everyone throughout the whole transaction process. In her first year, Jennifer assisted our Dunning + Associate's team with over 140 transactions. She likes to make sure everything is done by the book and isn't afraid to speak up if she sees something off in a transaction.

Jennifer loves the Pacific Northwest and Southwest Washington. Her favorite activities outside of work are playing board games with friends, gardening (especially Dahlias), baking, going to the beach, and reading.
